Marked premenstrual syndrome. Menstruation every 28 days, red colour and abundant quantity. Tongue with red tip and edges with greasy and white coating. Fine and slightly tense pulse.
History: postpartum nervous depression, recurrent cystitis and allergic rhinitis
Diagnosis
Weight loss is a transformation problem (Spleen). Dampness accumulating (pasty stools, borborigmus, postprandial somnolence,...): non-transport.
The Spleen problem also involves the Liver: a stagnation (from the history) that remains there, Liver and Spleen disharmony
The Spleen, rather than deficient, is blocked by dampness. It must be unblocked.
Treatment
Drain the Liver, release the Spleen, eliminate dampness
