What information we receive

• When you subscribe to the Web Application, we receive your Google email address.
• When you purchase the Acupuncture Notes or Acupuncture Atlas Apps, we receive a sale ID. We do not receive any banking information. All information about the Apps is managed by Apple and Google.
• The Android and iOS Apps do not record any personal data.
• The website and the Web Application record information about the content viewed through the Firebase system, provided by Google.

How we use the information

Your email address will only be used to inform you about changes and updates to the services we offer, to carry out periodic evaluations of our products and services in order to improve their quality. Your purchase ID will only be used to verify the transaction or to provide you with a refund if necessary.

Security

The confidentiality of the Data is guaranteed and it is protected by security measures to prevent damage, loss, alteration, destruction, unauthorised use, access or disclosure. Only authorised persons will have access to your Data.

Modifications

We will notify you of any changes to the privacy policy via email.

How long we keep your data

Your data will be kept for as long as necessary to provide you with our services. By default, it is stored for 5 years so that it is not kept longer than necessary.
