This Privacy Policy informs you about how we collect your personal information and the use made of it as a result of accessing or using the platform. The personal data requested through the Web Application will be used, processed and protected in accordance with the provisions of the new EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What information we receive

• When you subscribe to the Web Application we receive your Google email address.
• The website and Web Application record anonymous information about platform usage through our own analytics system (no cookies). This system collects: pages visited, scroll depth, device type (mobile/desktop), country of origin, and actions performed (searches, games, downloads). No IP address or data that can identify the user is stored. A daily anonymous identifier is generated that automatically renews every 24 hours and does not allow tracking between days. The legal basis for this processing is legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) in improving the quality of our services.

What we use your information for

Your email address will only be used to inform you about changes and news in the services we offer you, and to carry out periodic evaluations of our products and services in order to improve their quality.

Security

The confidentiality of your Data is guaranteed and they are protected by security measures to prevent their damage, loss, alteration, destruction, use, unauthorized access or disclosure. Only authorized persons will have access to your Data.

We will notify you of any changes to the privacy policy via email.

Sharing with third parties

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. For the operation of the platform we use the following providers: Google (authentication), Stripe (payment management) and Cloudflare (hosting). These providers only access the data necessary to provide their services and are subject to their own privacy policies.

How long we keep your data

Your data will be kept for as long as necessary to provide you with our services. By default, it is stored for 5 years so that it is not stored longer than necessary.
