Welcome to the terms and conditions of the Acupuncture Notes Web Application (WebApp).

The service

Acupuncture Notes offers the Web Application as an online service available every day of the year and at all hours except in case of major problems. The application can be installed on your device as a native application and used without an Internet connection once the contents have been downloaded.

Authentication

We use Google oAuth to manage login. This way it is Google that takes care of the security of your passwords and there is no risk that our human errors could compromise your security.

Payments

We use Stripe as the payment handling system. This guarantees that Acupuncture Notes will never have your credit card details or other supported payment system. Stripe communicates to us only the essential information to verify that payments have been made successfully and to help in case something is not working as expected.

Compatible devices and browsers

You can use the Acupuncture Notes web application on all kinds of mobile devices, laptops and PCs. And with any operating system.

For security and functionality reasons, you need an updated version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge.

Subscription

Prices may change over time and without notice. Changes take effect from the next subscription period. Changes will be communicated in advance and if you do not agree with the change, you can cancel the renewals.

Subscription cancellation

You have the right to cancel the subscription renewal.

Canceling the current subscription: the paid period is not refunded. You can cancel the next period's subscription up to the day before payment.
