Spleen and Kidney Yang Deficiency

The most common cause is a Spleen-Yang deficiency (due to inadequate diet, excessive worry...) that in the long term affects Kidney-Yang. It can also originate from Kidney-Yang deficiency (weak constitution) that affects Earth. The transported fluids are affected.


Symptoms:

  • Interior Cold, aversion to cold, chilling of the four limbs
  • Pale face,
  • Mental fatigue
  • Emaciation
  • Pain and cold in the abdomen
  • Diarrhea with undigested food (Spleen)
  • Diarrhea at dawn or all day (Kidney-Yang deficiency)
  • Pain with sensation of cold in the lower back and knees
  • Frequent or difficult urination
  • Face and limbs swollen (or ascites)
  • Impotence, sterility, clear leukorrhea
  • Pale, swollen tongue with tooth marks
  • Deep, slow, fine, weak pulse, ,
