If Stomach-Qi does not descend, the Lower Burner has Cold, which promotes stagnation: lower abdominal swelling, genital area pain. Cold Uterus: cysts, fibroids. Prostatitis.

  • Helps the transformation of Water of the Bladder: facilitates urination, regulates fluid retention and edema. See: Empty-Cold in Bladder.
  • Action on the uterus: infertility, ovarian pain, dysmenorrhea.

DO NOT TREAT CYSTITIS with ST-28 because it is Heat! See: Damp-Heat in Bladder

Treatment

  • Needling: 0.3-0.5 cun. Recommend the patient to urinate before treating this point.
