Biography

My mission is to contribute to the development of Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture, Health and Personal Growth.

I was born in Mexico City, I studied a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, I am a Technician in Massage Therapy and Natural Medicine, and I specialized in Spain with a Master's in Acupuncture and Health Sciences. From my teacher Maestro Sergio López Ramos, I took the love for life and the mission to protect it in all its forms. I also studied Psychological Astrology, Korean Hand Acupuncture, Mexican Herbalism, Scalp Acupuncture, Tan Acupuncture, Tung Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine, Applied Channel Theory by Dr. Wang Yu Ji, Pulse Diagnosis, among many other techniques.

I have been dedicated to private practice since 2004 as a sports massage specialist and acupuncturist. Chinese Medicine with its five pillars (Herbalism, Acupuncture, Moxibustion, Tuina and Qi Gong) have shaped my life and currently I would not know what to do without it. I have my personal project in which I integrate this entire journey: countries, colleagues, friends and family, and we call it: QI PROJECT.

I see in acupuncture a way to understand life and all its nuances, from the universe to the organs; it helps me understand the changes that time and daily life manifest in my body. I am passionate about its language and its timelessness, I feel fascinated every time I read a text that is new to me and I can see in its pages the dedication of human beings who devoted their lives to healing the pain of others. They inspire me to keep learning.

I am infinitely grateful to be part of Acupuncture Notes, this has only brought joy to my life.
