Pain in the heel of the foot. Calcaneal spur: sometimes can be a problem of Achilles tendon.

Bladder and Kidney both have the muscle channels in the calcaneus. They are treated in parallel.

Distal point: search for an Ashi point near the PC-7, needling and stimulating.

The great point: BL-57. Also:

• KI-6 (moving it towards the heel, under the talus)
• BL-56 (moving it towards the heel)
• KI-2 (below the scaphoid)
• BL-63 - Xi
• KI-5
• BL-61
• The tip of the calcaneus, hurts a lot, insert a good Cun

Use 1.5 Cun needles. Moxibustion is the better option. Also electro-stimulation.

In the first 24 hours the pain may increase.
