- Regulates the lower Yin orifices (genitals, anus, urethra). Nourishes Yin and eliminates Heat Dampness.
- Difficulty urinating and defecating, pain and itching in the anus, haemorrhoids, prolapse ani, perineal pain, genital inflammation
- Men: prostate problems, spermatorrhea
- Women: menstrual disorder, genital infection
- Epilepsy, psychosis, manic-depressive disorder
- Water choking, asphyxia, coma
