Pattern of great agitation and anger.
- The person insults, hits, has rage, fury, fiery gaze.
- Delusions of grandeur.
- Has no sense of hygiene (does not wash).
- Undresses, runs down the street, paints self.
- Sometimes has insomnia, headache
- Can have superhuman strength during attacks
- Red tongue, very thick yellow seborrheic coating
- Slippery and rapid, strong pulse
