- The lower branch of the antihelix may also appear reactive, because the sciatic nerve corresponds there.
- In the posterior auricle, the lumbar area can be located in the lower part of the back (CP2)

- Low back and sacrum pain.
- Tension in the lower back.
- Pain or problems of sacroiliac and sacrolumbar ligaments.
- Sciatica.
- Disc herniation or protrusions at this level.
