A "Y"-shaped ridge that surrounds the concha and lies inside the helix. It corresponds to the musculoskeletal system of the trunk and torso of the body and the lower extremity.

The lower third. Narrower. It ends at the antitragus. Corresponds to the cervical vertebrae and the throat.

The middle third of the antihelix, wider. Corresponds to the thorax, abdomen and thoracic vertebrae.

Superior branch of the antihelix
From the bifurcation, the superior branch ascends toward the upper part of the ear. Corresponds to the lower limbs:
Inferior branch of the antihelix
The horizontal branch that extends toward the face. It borders the upper concha. Corresponds to the lumbosacral region, sciatica and buttocks.
