Rong Points - Ying-Spring, also called Ying points.
- They generate movement in the channel, release energy, unblock, activate circulation.
- Rong in Yin channel: is Fire element. They are used for heat elimination.
- Rong in Yang channel: is Water element and therefore also used to reduce heat.
