Very forceful. Hard. Like a violin string. It is a full-type pulse. Yin of yang.
- Indicates that yang wants to be released but yin does not allow it. Blockage, stagnation, affectation of LR (anger, resentment).
- It is normal in Spring. If it is not wiry in spring, that is a bad sign. It indicates that yang has not yet grown after winter: tired, depressed, somnolence.
- If in addition to being wiry it is also fine, it is called a wiry pulse.
