Energetic functions

  • Receives and digests the food and liquids we ingest.
  • It is the source of Body Fluids.
  • Together with Spleen it transports nutrients to the body, especially to the extremities.
  • Forms the coating or tongue coating.
  • It has a descending movement.
  • Its peak energy is from 7 to 9 in the morning.
