Zhong Zang Fu

The attack of wind to the organs or Zhong Zang Fu is the most serious. In this there is loss of consciousness.

There are two types: escape or blockage.

Blockage Type

There is an obstruction of the pure orifices of the head by Phlegm and Fire.

  • Red face
  • Closed eyes
  • Very clenched teeth
  • Phlegm noise in the throat
  • Tension, contracted body, clenched hands
  • Rapid breathing
  • Urinary and fecal retention
  • Rapid and slippery pulse
  • Tongue: you cannot see it because the teeth are clenched, but it would be red with thick yellow coating

Treatment

Open the pure orifices, eliminate phlegm and fire, clear the brain.

Escape Type

Escape of Yang, due to extreme weakness

  • Pale face
  • Eyes and mouth open, tongue protruding
  • Dilated pupils
  • Hands loose, open
  • Cold and profuse cold sweat
  • Very weak breathing
  • Incontinence of urine and feces
  • Pulse very weak and very fine, difficult to find
  • Pale tongue, thin or thick white coating

Treatment

Recover lost Yang, clear the brain, restore the Shen
