5 cun posterior to the anterior hairline and 7 cun from the posterior hairline. Can also be found by following the line that connects the tips of the ears, where it meets the midline. Anterior to the posterior fontanelle.

- Meeting point with Liver Channel, Gall Bladder Channel, Bladder Channel, the divergent of Triple Burner and muscle channel of Gall Bladder
- Four Seas Points Sea of Marrow
Actions
- Raises Yang (tonification, moxibustion): diarrhea, prolapse of anus, dizziness, vertigo.
- Lowers Yang (in dispersal, no moxibustion): headache, hypertension, wind, nasal congestion, allergy.
- Major point for sense organs (due to depletion of Kidney Essence): eye problems, nasal problems, etc.
- Sequelae of Wind-stroke, point that elevates Qi, fainting
- Mental retardation, poor memory, Alzheimer's (+ BL-15 and Si Shen Cong, the four intelligences)
- Uterine hemorrhage (+SP-1)
