• Mental and physical asthenia
• Loss of hearing acuity, tinnitus, dizziness, dazzling
• Weakness and pain (aching type) of the lower back and knees (these symptoms worsen with exertion)
• Nocturnal pollakiuria or post-void dribbling
• Premature ejaculation
• Spermatorrhoea
• Low libido
• Irregular menstruation or amenorrhoea
• Pale tongue
• Weak pulse in the right "chi" position ("foot")
