Functions
Moves stagnant Qi. Tonifies Kidney-Qi, Kidney-Yang and Kidney-Yin
- Stagnation: urine, blood, phlegm, dampness. Eliminates edema and swelling, aids fluid metabolism, fluid retention in the legs, scanty urination, difficulty urinating, stones, hematuria, etc
- Regulates sweating: profuse or absent. + LI-4
- Lower backache without a fixed point. Cannot bend or straighten, difficulty sitting
- Cold and weak legs
- Tonifies Kidney-Yin: night sweating, heat in five centers, hypertension. KI-7 + SI-5
