- Tiredness, lassitude
- Edema
- White leukorrhea
- Pale face
- Pale swollen tongue with white and seborrheic coating
- Slippery or soft and slow pulse

- Exterior attack of Wind-Cold-Dampness, for example rain
- Ingestion of cold raw foods
- Medicines of cold nature
